The classy daughter of Alpine Eagle was back to her winning ways at Morphettville today with a seamless victory in the Pimms Handicap over 1950 metres.

She was given an economical run by Jake Towroek who kept her handy throughout, then when asked to go on the home turn she fired in fine fashion to score by nearly two lengths.

This certainly wasn’t The Map’s first taste of victory. She’s a multiple winner and was Group performed in her last preparation so we look forward to watching her step back up to Stakes level.

She was sold through Armidale’s Adelaide Magic Millions yearling draft and knocked down to her trainers Dan Clarken and Oopy MacGillivray.
