Alpine Flyer

Decisive dominance for Alpine Eagle 3YO’s

Alpine Eagle has tightened his grip on what has been an outstanding season for his exciting young progeny.

Alpine Flyer (pictured), sporting the iconic Wolf Blass silks that her sire adorned, was too good at Gawler over the weekend, claiming back-to-back wins.

The Jim Smith-trained daughter of Alpine Eagle was well off them at the 400 and really showed her grit and determination on the soft track, bursting clear by two lengths to claim her third victory from just six starts.

Tarkine Eagle, who had been knocking at the door for a win following three consecutive second placings, took charge at Hobart, delivering a five-length demolition for trainer Tammy Mollross.

Congratulations to their connections; it gives us an incredible thrill to see Alpine Eagle’s progeny winning so decisively!
