Alpine Wolf triumphs in Tasmanian Guineas

It was an easy watch for the connections of ultra-consistent galloper Alpine Wolf (Alpine Eagle – Copper Dancer), who today, became the first stakes winner for our young resident sire, Alpine Eagle.

Trained by Barry Campbell and aided with a beautiful ride by regular jockey Daniel Ganderton, the step up to the mile was perfectly suited to Alpine Wolf, who, like his father, won at 2 before claiming stakes success at 3.

As a stakes-winning 3YO from the first crop by Alpine Eagle, Alpine Wolf has secured his connections the $50,000 Alpine Eagle Bonus.
